Ebay xbox had lite on drive in it. all seemed to go well whist using jungle flasher until it came up with the promt ' do you wish to auto-load lite-on iXtreme?' i clicked yes and it kept saying cannont find ix16-liteon.bin but it is in the firmware folder. So i loaded it manually had to spoof as target flashed seemed to be successful but when i put in original or backup disks it would not read them. Has anyone else had this problem (or dodgy box from ebay?)p s i was using jungle flasher 1.64

All under writing was in asian text format. i thought once you hit lite on erase you couldn't read the drive because its custom firmware

your key will be in the custom fw. its sounding like you may not have the correct key, providing you do have a good copy of your key it will only take 5mins to sort

You said you bought this off ebay? Was it brand new and never opened from some xbox reseller, or was it a good deal being sold from joe blow because it was a bad influence on his kids?

If you bought it off joe blow, was there a warrenty sticker, and was there tape on the dvd drive? If not, you were sold a faulty xbox...

You do have a good key, but the question becomes is this the key for this xbox, or not? The good key is in your CFW and has been flashed to your drive. The fact that you cant play games, and it says put in a 360 console, means you have a bad key. Try to watch a dvd, it should play fine.

im thinkin he either may have the wrong key all together or its not in the FW thats been flashed. his log looks ok

It must be the wrong key, if you look right after the drive was dumped (for the last time), he gets a good key, he spoof's into ixtreme, everything is spoofed successfully, then he saves it, and flashes.

It all goes good, but the key seems to be bad. The key is valid, although it must not work for this xbox. Thats why I will never buy an xbox off ebay (unless I need parts of whatnot)

Yea, its definitely a key issue, its gotta be the wrong key.

If I were you/him I would contact the seller asap, and tell them you want your money back etc.. If they refuse, simply do a charge back with paypal. Then send that piece of junk back to the seller, or paypal whoever...
