Warning: Serial data my be partially incomplete

Got this error on a lite on drive. Im afraid to flash. Any help?

I would make sure that the connection between the probe and the R707 hole in complete and if you are using the CK3 Pro w/probe make sure that the light is solid green. If it flickers than that means its not a good connection. Post back with your results.
