Hitachi 59 Not Recognized in WINDOWS!
I have a hitachi 59 drive and i have it in mode b via the connectivity kit. I have the sata connected to my computer to a via 6421a chipset. The drive is in mode b. (red light). The problem is, the drive WILL NOT show up in windows no matter what i do. I eject the drive at the windows loading bar and everything but when i get into windows there are no drives detected, what do i need to do to get my drive detected?
Re: Hitachi 59 Not Recognized in WINDOWS!
it can be a pain
if you have a different sata port try it.
on the hit it dont have to be a via chipset.
i use this and it mounts to windows good.
