Dumping my Benq Drive question

I've been reading for days and I'm not sure if I need to take my Xbox 360 apart to dump the drive using Iprep? Watching the video, it looks like the Xbox is not taken apart. Also, using Iprep, will I use this great tool to dump the drive, or should I be looking how to use the tool box? One more Rookie question, can I buy the needed SATA cable at Best Buy or any store like that and whats the name of the cable I need. Thanks guys, this place is full of some great people.

ive never seen the sata card in a super store.
the 360 has to come apart to flash the dvd drive.(the dvd drive dont come apart)
look over this with the video.

Thanks for the reply CoFree, I will take a look. I ordered the Sata card you recommended and should be here tomorrow. I want to make sure I have everything right before I start dumping and flashing the X-box.Thanks for the help, I'll be back for more questions I'm sure..
