actually, i just had a thought. i read somewhere that iPrep hex edits MTKFlash automatically, is it possible that there is a problem with my mtkflash? And also, what is Sam-CFW?

you need to put a check in patch mtk when build the flash

sam cfw is the firmware that will be built to the hacked firmware after the dump.

CFW is hacked firmware that SAMTOOL creates after you have done your dump...

As always, check any FW's you have created in FWToolbox (make sure the key matches your OFW key)

Thought i would report back. For further reference, Invalid Opcode means that the partition you are using is too large. I repartition the hard drive and voila! It worked. Well, sorta. Reading went well, and I thought flashing went well, but now when i hook the 360 up and put in a game it reads "Please insert this disc into an xbox 360 console", or something like that. What now i wonder? I'm assuming I somehow screwed up the flash.

if you got a green letters when firmtool ran .look at the video.and it said the flash was good like the video.
check and see if a orig game will play if so your flash is most likely good
if you have not watched the video here it is.
