I don't know exactly what happened. But my brother came and woke me up today, yelling at me franticly that the xbox was broken.
I opened the door and his exact words were "I got this message that said "Don't Open This Message" and then he got a message from his friend saying "Never mind it works" or something of the sort, opened the "Do not Open" one, and badabing badaboom, xbox360is down.
I don't have any idea how it happened, it came up with e74. I checked the AV cables thinking maybe it was just some sort of fluke, but apparently the message froze the system as well, so it can't just be a coincidence.
Any help? Is there a ANA/HANA fix? I read on the error code guides that 90% of the time when its not the AV its scaler chip.
Or am I f^$#ed?

Out of warranty.
I know there's a xclamp, but is that for a complete different problem?
Or should I just go without the xbox for a couple months and save up for a new one, ours is one from the first year it came out.
And its been flashed, with the warranty sticker clearly removed and visible markings on the back where you push in the little clips, along with a different sata cable than the original one.
Or would I have luck sending it in for $98, would they fix it with all those obvious tamperings?
