I'm ready to blow a gasket!!!

Post by lennie paz »

I bought a Wd Scorpio 120gb HDD BEVS for my son a few months ago and was able to get it to work just fine and get all his saves on it.For some stupid reason,I am having trouble with a BEVT model.I bought this one for me,flashed it with no problems, and formatted it in the 360.I made a backup image of the 20GB HDD using Xplorer360 extreme just like I did for my son. Here comes the problem:I connect the BEVT to my pc,open Xtreme360 extreme, then choose the restore image, double click the 20gb image, and it begins restoring. For some reason it gets about 1/4 of the way and just hangs up.These are the EXACT steps that I used with my son's drive and I had absolutely no problems.Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I would try a different port, or maybe reformatting and retrying.

I ended up just copying and pasting all the files from the 20gb to the 120gb.It worked just fine.
