Bannings?

Bannings?
Hello it's been almost 2 years since i've played in Live. I just bought a subscription and was wondering how the are the bannings lately? Are they banning everyone? Is there a chance to play the games online? You know every info out there is much appreciated. Many Thanks

Ive had my console on for 2 years no and never had a problem, if you do your own backups then you know they are good you should be fine. But there is always a chance that any 1 can get banned

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I know that there is a chance but do you know if there is a wave of banning lately? Is there a specific game I shouldn't play online?
