why cant i find my drive in DOS flasher or L-o

after eraseing my lite on drive using dos flasher 32 it disappeared although dos falsher did give me the idea it was a succesful erase and i can not get windows to locate the drive so i created a bootable using iprep 10.7. i removed everything on the bootable except
Autoexec
l-o eras
dosflash
firmtool
lie-cfw.bin
on a side note i did try to use JF Inro/ device ID button but it said no device found.
before erasing my drive in dos flasher my port number was 0xec00.
using that port number i booted from the usb and typed l-o Erase 0xec00 i received error No ATApi drive present on this port
using dos flasher in dos the port number did not show a drive either Error invalid ATA command block base register. help please
