need help spoofing lite-on to hitachi

ok so im "trying to spoof from a flashed lite-on to a stock hitachi ver 59

i load the lite-on dummy

then i load the ix151-59 file
then i spoof source to target
save to file
do i dump the hitachi drive then flash with ixtreme?

need help
