entered wrong serial key to dben
entered wrong serial key to dben
i was flashing using the iprep and was able to dben and made a backup of it. then went back to fben and i noticed i entered 1 doouble key like 1234467 and it should of been 1234567. does it matter? i went back to reflash it but gave me a error but is till kept the 1st (wrong) serial number and the 2nd (correct) serial. i went back to windows and just changed the folder name to the correct serial. i was then able to flash it ok. will i have any original key problems?
Re: entered wrong serial key to dben
I don't think so. I believe the numbering you give the serial number at dump/flash is just for your records and so you don't mix it up with other firmwares so you can keep your original in a safe place(s)

NeoRio is correct. The numbering is just for your records. It has you to do this so you can keep track of what firmware came from what 360. You can actually use the numbers 1234567 12345 to dump and flash with if you wanted to, or any other set of 7+5 digits just as long as you can remember it when you have to use the commands.
