what type of dvd rom?

hey fellas,

can someone link me the tutorial on how to flash this also the current IE FW i just want to make sure i have a phillips lite dvd rom?

the model is : DG-16D2S? manufactured 9/08????

i've flash a sammy and hitachi but not this one. i just wanted to make sure i had the right drive before i start this bad boy.

anywho, my computer is unstable so i'm taking a risk when i do this. please give me any pointers before i start. thanks a bunch everyone. i am planning on using jungle flasher? or are there any better software out there?

i am really sad now. i was gonna flash it now after my soccer game but i guess i'll have to wait for another week. i'll just have to tell my friend the bad news.

If you want it fast, and price isnt a big deal, order from modchip.com/ca I got mine ~30 hours after I ordered.

just bought the light bundle fellas. is the pro better? what is the difference? that shit was like 50 bucks after usd>bpound. just wondering if that is all i needed? thanks for the help, i really do appreciate you guys linking me the site.

the lite doesnt have usb suport so you wont be able to use JF to dump the key. Also pro has a better interface for the rs232 cable where the lite has the wires solderd onto it which can come off easy

k fellas, i got the stuff and i've been at it for 3 hours now with no luck. it keeps telling me

Source Firmware not found

File not found - KEY.BIN
File not found - L74DUM.BIN

i used cofree's tutorial for the iprep 10.7 on com 1 when preparing the bootable flash drive

this is the same computer i used to flash my sammy and hitachi. i don't know why it's not dumping the key.

any ideas you pros out there???

I cant get my cd rom to recognize data files for my computer programming course? Why would my cd rom not be able to recognize this cd, and all the other cds that Ive put in work, and Im also trying to runit manually but when I try to run the drive that I think is the right one in the C drive it just says that it cant find that drive so any ideas.
