flashed benq drive xboxlive wants an update?

Hello,
I try to get xbox live with no game in and just to go dashboard to sign in. Wants me to an update, not sure what i should do here?

Update, unless you are using JTAG. Otherwise do it. You should be fine as long as all your backups came from originals.
