BenQ iXtreme 1.61 - Activate ISO Issue

I was running my box on ixtreme 1.6. I ran the activate iso, the xbox update popped up - failed the first time and prompted me to redo the download upon rebooting. It seemed to install OK. After restarting the box i inserted the activate iso disc. It came up play dvd. So far so good, Removing the activate iso, and inserting cod mw 2 disc it brings the big game pic up in the but not the mini pic. When i go to play it it tries to read for a few sec and then says clean disc first with no background and then when you accept it prompts you again with the same clean disc - this time with your dashboard semi transparent in the background. I have burned multiple disc on good media at low write speeds. I have a huge collection of games with no issues ever. I then updated the firmware to ixtreme 1.61 and still no luck with or without the activate iso disc. Also i have downloaded the same game from 2 different sources to verify it was not a bad iso. As for the activate iso its on a DL disc, set to burn on layer 0 and have tried both with and without the layer break set.

Anyone else with the same issue? I fear that wave 4 update messed something up :s

yea i have the same issue reads activate iso disk i switch to game wave 4 doesn't recognize it as a game just says play dvd. put in older game pops just fine. Flashed my other box sammy works fine using iprep.

Well in my case it will say play game with the big game pic and then a blank lil game pic. The option to download the game to the hd is not avail (which i have read that the elite wont be able to anyways) . Im pushing towards a bad burn with imgburn 2.5.0.0 but i cant see it happening over 4 discs especially when i can burn wave 3 OK. Im downloading Tekken 6 now to see if that burn works.

smh! first we don't support downloaded games. . . second, for someone with a huge collection of games an issue like this shouldn't be hard to figure out, there have been a number of wave 4 games released recently and third, i doubt that mw2 rip is good because it's really not that hard to use the activte iso.
