I dont know if my Hitachi is bricked or not

Like it says in the title i have a hitachi 47 and it wont eject but when i hook it up using a usb-sata adapter it is able to be identified on my comp but when i try to send mode b to it using jungle flahser it wont work. so my question is is my hitachi bricked or can it be fixed? And if it can be fixed what can i do to fix it?

To unlock Hitachi 47 you have to use a unlock cd to unlock it

the only hitachi drive that uses an unlock disc is the 79 drive

try the slax 2.1 disc, i still have to do that from time to time with certain hitachi drives. you have to be aggressive with those drive, the fact that windows is reading it is a good thing. slax will help you get it into mode b.
