Wave 4 with Hitachi 1.51 fw Question...

So I have a Hitachi with 1.51 fw & from what I've read/tested it will play Wave 4 games. I have the new GTA Eposides & it played it just fine. The question I have is it safe to play online "XboxLIVE"?? :?:

Really'? Well with whats going on with Xboxlive's banning spree & what not I'm kinda skeptical.

If the game passes Stealth on Abgx then everything should be fine right?? Or should I stick to playing my orginal copy?? :lol:
