Change eeprom on banned console

Post by Foxylady »

Whilst i did my boys console full of joy yesterday, i woke to find one of the boys consoles had been banned.
It was my fault i played new gta on it and thought it passed in abgx even thou it is a wave 4 game and silly me now banned.
I have read out an eeprom mod, can i do this or do i need to buy my son another console

It is possible, but not with the current dashboard. You will need an older exploiable dash. Also if you are able to do this you will still need all the info from the console where EEPROM came from. Just easy to buy a new console, will save a whole world of hassle.

I do this for the fun and pleasure in helping people. But this is NOT my job. Post up on the boards with your question and some body will help you dont use the PM system.

Keep in mind that this is illegal and an act of fraud if you commit to it. It's easy to take it lightly by reading it on a forum but you would be breaking the law by 'swapping'. I don't judge people who do it but heed my words.

I could buy an arcade and swap cases etc, but it is rough idea on what to say as usually a console is rare to fail straight from box, not asking to help in aiding and abetting breaking the law by informing me of how to, i won't tell honest and breaking the laws as far as 360's are concerned on here, funny comment lmao, made me chuckle.
Thank you

My brother will change everything over, i told him about the warranty sticker and he said, easy way so not to damage it is to use an hair dryer to heat it up and the sticker will come off in one, i have bought an elite online, not saying who with lol and will get the insides swapped over.
i am just concerned that someone will end up with this console at christmas after i send it back, as i a not sending it back as faulty so they will keep it in the store for next customer, i can see a young child like mine try and go online and see console banned, it would not be nice on them or am i being too much of a woman.
Also will there be any comebacks as the console was registered and if new owners report fault will Microsoft do anything about it as they'll know the guts have been swapped :?:

Loosen the GPU heatsink (replace xclamp) or unplug the fans... That way when the console is bought, it will red ring right away, so the new owners will go to the store you bought it from and exchange it. The store will then send it into ms for repairs due to it being faulty...
