Banned on XBL,do i suck at burning games stealth, or is M$..

really having a REAL BAN WAVE or are ppl just becoming lazy in stealth patching there games?




or do i just suck at checking games for stealth patch?

i have been playing COD WAW and Madden 10 both burnt those were my only "back-ups"

i also "hacked" my gamer score of all my games, some games were even to the point were i had a higher gammer score than the number or achievements meaning, the i went somehow past the limit allowed in the freakn game.

now i had a little trouble with my madden 10, it was burned for me by a buddy.




so my question is, do i just suck at burning games or is there really a "ban wave" were M$ picks a week or a couple of days or even a month out of the year and justs i guess scans all Xbox360 dvd drives for Firmware other than theres? or is it all in the disk?




when checking for stealth patch on abgx because thats what i use, is all the headline text supposed to be green? i was at some points were my text was yellow something failed, heres a video i just made showing what i mean

does this even happen? (the "ban wave" were they pick a day week or month out the year and just somehow scan consoles Firmware for "Hacked" drive keys?)

from what i just told you what do you think my cause of ban is?

btw my console was banned gamer tag still fine.

the best guess right now is
once again bad backups
even if abgx360 said it was good but you downloaded the game than that
is the first thing that could have got you banned.

so maybe if the games were a bad rip and they were saved to the harddrive...wouldn't it affect the next xbox...look i just modd my wifes xbox for the first time on the 4th around 1pm...with the firmware ix1.61...i have a benq....never played any games on the console...no games that are backup are saved to the harddrive...i put the xbox360 back together put her harddrive back into the console and tried connecting to the internet...bam....my xbox was banned...personal i feel yes m$ can scan firmware on the console...why i think that? because i never played any games on the console or harddrive the was backedup... so my question is what is the ix firmware for if m$ can still get you.... all this modding and burning backup games is probably soon going to come to a END>>>>

how did you flash it?
did you power the dvd drive with the xbox console or a connectivity kit?

yea i second that bro! but who knows there might be some new released firmware that M$ cant detect! that would be great! because there is alot of banning going on, so its true, M$ can scan hacked firmware

I have flashed hundreds of 360's, adn have never had 1 phone call about consoles or accounts being banned !
The problem is folks, going online, with games that are'nt out in their region !

How did you test the box after flashing, if you flashed for wave 4 games you would have had to test after,thats the place i think everyone is getting caught cos all gamer scores and achivements are non deletable,so you flash, then test, record is made in nand, connect to live, box talksback and you are caught.

so far my friend got his xbox 360 banned and i flash it for him but the funny thing is i ask him what the last game he play and i find out the game he download was not stealth patch but i still call him dumb ass when he got banned. that what ppl get for play copying games online or don't look if the game is stealth patch or download game that maybe have bad file.

i've been seeing reports of people being banned and NEVER putting a disc in their drive. i dunno, time will tell. there's even talk of MS sending a jitter command and looking for it to read the low value that ixtreme puts out as a response. guess more patience is in order.

i don't know what going on so far but what i hear that ms have put in a file in the game the find mod xbox360 and send the info back to ms but i don't know if it True or not.

only reason why your reasoning is faulty is because people who haven't played wave 4 games have been banned. . .

hey everyone =] i jus got banned today as well and i just flashed my BenQ drive yesterday and didnt even get a chance to test a 4th wave game on it yet, i dont play games b4 the release dates cause im not stupid or thirsty to play a new game.. i cant even keep up with all the games i own already. funny thing is i always get banned in November, this is my 5th time getting banned and im starting to see a pattern here.. i almost sure that they can scan for firmware mods and they seem to do it once or twice a year as a big wave that jus happens to catch us randomly.. only way to beat it is to stay offline for the entire time of the wave which is normally a week or so... they did it with halo 3, gears 1 & 2, and i few other games that all came out in November.. luckily they only ban the console and not the gamer tag.. good luck every one and happy modding =]

i don't know why i mod my xbox for but i guess i was bored and i need something to do i guess. i never play copy game on my xbox 360 yet and i have not update FW yet and it is rare i play my xbox 360. the last time i was play my xbox 360 was thursday night when i was bored and i have not play my rainbow six vegas for a long time so i start playing it online. man i have fun =)

yea i also think this "ban wave" will be over in November so i will just wait till winter to flash my other xbox360 but then again i might just flash it and say F it i dont care for online anymore...

thats what my buddy did he just said screw online, i will just burn games and play them...

but our best bet is to either wait for an update from the guys at iextreme or wait till this ban is over... and im pretty sure it last more than a week...
