I REALLY DO THINK THE BAN WAVE IS OVER PEOPLE!

THIS IS WHY I WAS JUST ONLINE FOR ABOUT 7 HOURS! AND I SAW AND TALKED TO ATLEATS 10 PEOPLE WHO WERE PLAYING CALL OF DUTY MW2!! AND I ASKED THEM THEY SAID M$ NEVER BANNED THEM

but all the people i saw and talked to were in the United States and told me the ban wave is over and the only reason i take there word is because there playing online! with a game thats not even out yet (as*holes) and have not been banned yet! its crazy!

M$ must be on crack! i just dont understand sitting here reading a couple post before mine, i see one guy who said he bought his daughter i believe a new console today she was playing a REAL M$ COPY of a game and they ban it?

then i go online check my friends list and see all the dumb idiots who are the real cause for the ban wave playing a game ONLINE WITH ABOUT 25,000 OTHER IDITOS who cant wait 3 got damn days!!!!! for a game to be released!

Jesus christ!! i dont understand it they play hours and hours and hours on end!! i was watching them while i was forced to play Offical copy of games from evil M$ they never even banned!!

just wait on sunday or monday there xbox 360 well be banned. all i know it have to be soming in the game that send ms info to find out the xbox 360 been mod. there is alot of talk so far my friend and my step brother have been banned but like i say befor i have my xbox 360 mod but i don't play burn game. i to busy flash ppl xbox and playing pc games and dj so if ms banned my xbox i'm going to walmart and get a new one

I have never been banned, i am running 1.5 on a Samsung, last game I played was Borderlands RF online until completion. My buddy's gamertag was banned for playing Forza 3 and then console banned for what I believe was Modern Warfare 2. His argument was that he wasn't playing online and as soon as he went online BAM! Banned! He's also a triple idiot for using the iso activation to play Wave 4 on Wave 3.

these douche bags play a game, not even released for over 7 hours STRAIGHT! and not one of them were banned! we will see on monday if he still has a console!!

like more than half my friends are playing Call OF Duty Modern Warfare 2 right now!

and not one ban to this date!

maybe they know something we just dont know...

i would really be a douche if i called M$ and reported this guy lol

but naw im not going to do that because i support burning games just not being a douche and playing them 3 weeks ONLINE before release date

wow sorry to hear dude i guess it take time to my xbox get banned but o well now i know i never going to mod my xbox again. i don't know why i mod my xbox i was text it out to make sure i flash it right befor i flash my step brother. but it is all good on monday going to buy a new xbox and give walmart my banned xbox yes yes i know i'm so evil o well that what ms get for banned my xbox lol

Man... People get banned randomly... Sure these guys might be lucky, but guarentee'd they will eventually get banned, hell some brand new never been flashed consoles have been banned. Its all a matter of time.

ok, I just wanted to add to see if it's of any help
My friend and I both flashed our lite-on drive at my house the same day with the same iXtreme firmeware(1.51). All the games he playes are burned from the same .iso i ripped or got. T was banned and he was not.
