hi trying to flash with jf but when i open jf it says no comports detected im using, via6421a, sammy ms25 what do i do ?

i used iprep 10.7 for ixtreme 1.6 and backups never worked so i managed to get JF working and flashed ixtreme 1.61 but when i tested both originals and backups the never loaded, so what i did is because i had installed new laser before the flash i changed may laser and board over to a newer drive and bang eveything works now both backups on differant media and originals which had play dvd error so JF was better than iprep for me
