the thing i think everybody has missed ye you banned so they found away to do this but what if then all the bans are stored so they now who got banned i.p etc they have everybodys details from payments for xbl so my point is if they can look back over the data of people banned what if they can see everybodys details address etc thats one whole lot of pirates.
