i was wondering did anybody that was banned have a flashed 120gig hd from a banned 360,
then tranfered it to a unmodded 360 or would this be risky, i dont want to get my unmodded 360 banned
as i see it i dont think they can detect the flashed hd but i could be wrong should i just take a chance and put it in

Re: modded had drive
If you have an un-modded xbox you wont be banned... Its as simple as that.
Not only that, but I have never heard of anyone being banned for using the DIY HDD, there is supposed to be an update to block non Microsoft HDD's, but I doubt it anyone has/will be banned...
So, using a HDD that was on a banned console will not have any adverse effects on your un-banned console
Also, using a non microsoft HDD will not result in a ban, so your safe on both accounts... (Unless your xbox is flashed in which case its only a matter of time before you are banned.)
