I have just been told that left 4 dead 2 on xbox 360 is wave 5 so whats next? The nzb poster informs me that its wave 5.

Yes, it is. From what I understand it contains a new update. I imagine it includes the facebook and twitter updates.

So whats next for ixtreme and abgx? If we get a new wave every other week, could it be game over?

It's just a facebook update. The game will still boot from what I understand. But I'm not going to bother with it since it includes a mandatory update in it. But this new partition isn't all of a sudden. That update has been scheduled for a while. And it's fairly common practice for ms to put updates in games.

Yea i dont think a new 'wave' will be coming that often. it would probably cost MS to much money to keep developing them and have in put on all the games bi-weekly. But if this was the case then yea id say were screwed as far as that goes.

everywhere i seen its been wave 4. i patched mine down to wave 3 and it works perfectly!

Confirmed Left 4 Dead is wave 5 or something because I just ripped it with an in hand copy and got the same results with agbx.1.02. Guess we need another abgx update??? Can't play it online yet anyway, because I'm scared of the BAN HAMMER!!

Play on a stock console, or use 1.6 + boot disk, or wait for ixtreme LT to come out.

LT does not check the wave, its supposedly as close to OFW as possible...

Ya my BenQ 1.61 boots fine too, but my brothers Lite-on 1.6 needs activate.iso to boot.

My question is........Is it safe to play it on a unbanned system online yet? Or should I just wait for an update from Abgx360.....wanting to play the game but haven't been banned as of yet and don't wanna be either......I have ran it through Abgx already and it says stealth passed in one part but says stealth uncertain in another. Any input would be appreciated thanks
