TurbotimE wrote:awesome!!!!!...so the trick is when the dump and create is done, then i take 1 of my orig.bin and check the key, also take my hacked.bin and see if the key matches?..........if it does, then i just boot to my flash stick again and flash the hacked.bin?..........am i getting that right?

the hacked firmware & original key will match no matter what because 1 is built off the other

When you check the key it should be a random string of numbers .... if it is just 000's or fff's or something along those lines it's a bad dump!

If the key looks valid then the next step "important" is to back it up somewhere else - off the boot flash key/floppy... zip it & email it to yourself or something.

Then... proceed with the flash : fben xxxxxxx xxxxx

yep you got it.

the thing is make sure its a good key a lot of different letters and numbers
if its a lot of the same number or letter is a bad key.
you would want to redump the drive again.

First and foremost, make sure it still plays originals. It should be fine if you checked your keys and had no problems reading and flashing the firmware.

Cool :D I would say you got that project knocked out, I'm going to go ahead and give you some congrats a little early because I have the feeling that it's going to work like a charm for you! Just follow the guides on making your backups, use good media, read slow and burn slow and you should be good to go!

Do all your 360's drives have BenQ's??
If they are sammys or bens then iprep is all you need.. if you have hitachi-lg the method is slightly different.
make sure you check ;)

In that case, it would work like an assembly line, dump, check key, flash, next. Repeat till done. :D
