xbox dvd drive problem

Hi my question is i have this xbox 360 that will not play any games when you put the disc in the tray and close it it starts to spin and you get a grinding nose then it ejects it self this has done this to every game store bout game i try to play .
This xbox has not be modded at all or is banned from live has any one ever had this problem or does any one no how to fix this problem

Sounds like the drive it's self is bad needs to be replaced.

I am sorry wrong information . i put the game in and then you get a grinding noise then i get a open tray message this happen with five games Evan tried a DVD movie still get open tray message and these are all original store bout games

I got a benq drive and what it does when i load a game is you here a slight grinding noise then it says open tray does this every time any way to fix this
