good tutorial for a noob?

was wondering if there was a great tutorial for me that is easy to follow. i have a lite on 74850c and a ck3 pro. i know i need the new jungle flasher. do i need the drivers for the ck3 if im going the via card? if so where would i get that? also do i have to search the net for the new ixtreme firmware or is that in your downloads?

I can't find iXtreme at the moment but use the SEARCH function and you might get lucky.
