The same thing happend to me,it is something with the new jungle flasher I installed portio from any jungle flasher 1.67 down and when it starts up it says port io installed but with the new jungle flasher it just errors out so I just right click on the jungle flasher exe and run as admin and when it starts up it says its is installed by the way this is on vista it doesnt like my windows 7 x64 so I made a partition of vista just for modding hope this helps you out

Re: windows 7 32 bit and portio32???
Same issue as mine, I deleted the ness driver files, I uninstalled my ATA card but required reboot and on reboot the system kept reapplying the drivers. I got port io 64 installed fine but soon as I switched on the CK3 it just kept freezing up. I knew this was down to the VIA card being installed again but like I said win 7 just kept reconfiguring the drivers.
Sacked LT FW and just flashed with 1.61. Anymore than 3 month is a bonus.

Re: windows 7 32 bit and portio32???
Actually m8 I thought of that aswell as Ive seen peeps delete them and some just rename them, I thought I could just delete and then restore from recycle bin afterwards. I just presumed deleting and renaming both did the same thing so I never bothered. It was annoying the life outa me man windows keep installing the VIA card. Kept saying loading preconfigured drivers. Spent over an hour searching for how to stop that but everything I tryed as soon as I switched on the CK3 it froze up. I really thought id be one of the lucky ones who this wouldnt happen to.
Thanks for that Info though It will always come in handy in future. Im also thinking of just flashing back to stock and trying what youve told me to use LT. But Im not sure how to put back to stock.
I also reinstalled windows 7 but this time I got 32 bit. 64 bit I found is too problematic trying to run certain progs.
