this is what i do and it works everythime.
go to xbins and get iPrep_v008.8.rar and go here http://www.4shared.com/file/98550046/68 ... or_16.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and get that file.back to xbins go to hacked firmware - liteon and get LiteOn_iXtreme-THX_v1.6.REPACK.rar and extract it.install iprep and when installed run self installing ixDef for 1.6.exe.next start iprep and under lite-on 74850c ixtreme load ix16-liteon-repack.bin that you extracted.under sata controller pick your sata controller and under target device pick your thumb drive and tick format/make bootable and fat32 (make sure its the thumb drive and not your hard drive) and click start.when finished exit iprep and open your thumb drive and open backups.in here make a new folder called 1234567 now open that and make another folder in here called 12345.now get your lite_cfw.bin file that you made from your drives key and put it in the folder 12345 and rename it litcfw.bin now boot to your thumb drive and when you see c:\> type flit 1234567 12345 and hit enter.follow what it says on screen.first turn on your drive and hit enter.when its done erasing turn off your drive and then turn it back on and hit enter.now type your sata controller numder and hit enter.then type w and hit enter.now type litcfw.bin and hit enter.it will say erasing and writing bank 0,1,2,3 and 4.when it says finished turn off your drive and your done.

glad to hear your ok.if you ever need to use iprep go into bios setup, some pc's you have to press esc some you press del mine i have to press f2 while pc is starting up.when in there go to boot then hard disk drives then 1st drive and you should have two options your hard drive and your usb thumb drive.select your thumb drive and save and exit.you should now boot into iprep.
