iprep9 to recover dead liteon

hi - can i use this method below to flash my liteon 83580c drive with the new LT firmware?...ive made the CFW with the latest JF?..

bit the bullet and decided to go for it and i have now flashed my liteon 8358c version 1 with the new LT firmware using JF 1.70 and iprep 9....it was previously flashed with ixtreme 1.6 using JF 1.67 and iprep 9.....heres how i did it....

connected ck pro connectivity kit...to liteon drive....connectected sata cable to drive....using my via sata card ...made sure liteon drive was showing up in JF 1.70.( jf 1.67 wouldnt load the new LT firmware but 1.70 did)....extracted the necassary files and made the CFW.....

used iprep 9 and followed the tut in the link above and all worked out fine...

Sorry i don't understand the post if you have recovered the drive ok, what is it you want to know ???

sorry mate...i just wanted to know if i could do my already flashe drive with the link i posted...wanted to make sure before i tried...but cudnt wait, went ahead and done it ...so yes it will work with the link i posted..lol
