Try dumping with JF, that should get rid of that error.

If the key looks good, manually type the key in, and flash it into a spare drive, then make sure it works. If it does, manually enter in the key in JF, and then spoof that into LT, and flash.

Verify your key is good before you go flashing, is this a v2 drive, or v1?

It's v2 drive, can you clarify how to verify the key?

Well look at it first, if it looks good, then flash the key into a spare drive and put that in your xbox and see if it will play backups.

If you dont have a spare drive, if you have a second xbox, or a friend's xbox you can borrow, you can dump the drive, save it, then flash your key to it, and try the drive in your xbox.

Then from there, you can just restore their drive to the OFW you dumped.

You can only tell v1/v2 by dumping the drive, if you cant dump it like you would a 7 series, and you need to cut traces etc then its a v2.

When you tried spoofing, did you click manual spoof, then manually type in your key?

What drive doesnt play original games?

NP, with it being a v2 drive are you sure you have cut all the traces correctly?

I changed the sata and tried to do it on my friends PC with whole new tools and manual spoof but still got same error. I guess the problem is with the drive and someone told me that there are a chip to extract DVD drive key from the motherboard, is that ture?
