As i reported before I flashed a liteon with stock OFW and slammed the door shut after the process. Thought the drive was bricked so I used cofree's method to unlock and it flashed perfectly. Door would still not open. I put the drive back in the xbox and it loaded just fine but the indicating central light would not stop blinking which lead it to report a bottom right red light.
I am wondering if there is anyway to manually open the drive door and then try and turn it on to see if it will respond and close?
If there is anything I can do please help me out, you have all always been amazing at giving accurate and knowledgeable advice. Thanks to anyone who can help out and I hope you all enjoy your Sunday afternoon.

the trick worked out well. Using your method along with cofree's method the drive is back to life.
