How to not get banned?

Is it possible to install custom firmware on an Xbox 360 and play backups without getting caught on Xbox Live?

most people dont get banned until the ban wave happens, ixtreme LT will hopefully be the solution to the bannings, we wont know really until a ban wave comes around, also for LT to be at its safest also requires your backups to have the correct values like the ss. If im wrong then please could someone correct me

What is iXtreme LT? I'm guessing new firmware, is it out now?

SS? As in the backup passes stealth checks?

Also is the wave ban a XBL/Console ban?, What do console bans prevent you from doing?

Everyone who have a modded console gets banned in the waves, most people do anyway, yes its new firmware and its out now, i dont know much about the backups and such because i dont do backups for myself as i dont even own an xbox360 anymore lol i think if you get banned it prevents you from installing games to your hard drive, obviously stops you from going online too
