Rosewill RC212 install ques + samsung ms28 not detecting

installed the rosewill rc212 & setup drivers, windows detected successfully, setup iprep boot flash drive successfully, would i have to do anything else in order for dos to detect sata card?

when powering on both the pc/xbox \, the rosewill raid/sata boot screen loads up, "scanning devices" gets error message, "hardware initiation failed," "the bios not be installed," and press "g" to continue..

any suggestions??

try the drivers in my sig. just uncheck the utility box.

it sounds like your computer is not booting on the usb flash.
check your setting in the bios for usb boot

Sounds like he's getting that message when the sata card is scanning for devices. If thats the case, then make sure that your not connecting the sata cable to the drive until you get to the command prompt, or leave the power to the drive off until you get the command prompt. If your observing this procedure, then try the drivers that sccrbrandon4788 suggested and try again.

If your getting that message after the "scanning for devices", then its probably as CoFree suggested and not wanting to boot from your memory stick. In that case, do as he suggested.

If it's asking you for drivers for RAID, then it's for array's. Try changing the settings in your BIOS to disable RAID (unless you use it on your motherboard, that is).

And as the guys said, make sure you set your computer to boot from USB...

it's allset now, i didn't realize that, your supposed to wait till usb boot screen loads then plug in the sata wire.
