modded xbox 360 banned with new update question

i hear that there is a new update coming out that will ban modded xbox 360's, is there any truth to this and if so is there any way to prevent it

can u tell me what the latest fw for a benq drive is? and how do i get the xbin progam to run? im getting a false positive when i run avg on it

i havent updated my benq to LT1.2, but Black ops starts up, if i go to play online will i get banned without LT 1.2?

I seriously doubt you'd get in any trouble for playing online with that game right now, seeing as the game is released in like 10 hours.

AVG is the worst AV there is in my opinion, It eats up your CPU and it scans constantly, Try browsing while its running scans, a pure nightmare and slow as hell. I use Avira free edition is perfect. Been using it for about 2 year its good.
