very urgent lost file

just going to update my liteon 748 drive but i cant find the file i saved the firmware in , when i try to pull the key again the probe does not light up , please help

if you have flashed the drive with L.T And have lost your files and want to flash with the new L.T+ WITHOUT YOUR FILES THE ONLY WAY NOW IS TO DO THE mra Hack cutting the traces. for some reason once you flash with LT And dont have the files its the only way

i have tried clicking dummy from ixstreme but it doesnt work , is there any instructons on the way you mention cutting the traces and doing it that way

The method your doing, is the method used on 8 and 9 series lite-on's. That is the MRA hack.

great mate thanks i have done that once before , have i got to use the switch or can i do it the new way with the probe v2

Probe will work, LT switch was only needed for a short period of time when there was no probe 2.

thanks buddy , so i can cut thraces the same as on the 934 drive with the v cut and hold the probe v2 on the two pionts all the same

Yep, thats the way I understand it.

Have a look on google for the exact location of where you need to hold the probe.
