What is the thing that looks like a switch between your power supply and the connectivety kit.

very interesting u should be able to buy kit like this, personally i would mount connectivity kit on ur box with a velcro/doublesided tape get rid of extra wires inside box less connections less problems in future and longer battery life, the size of the project is ideal tho my molex transformer is about 2/3rds the size of this!

im sure ill post my project if i ever get round to creating it, there is lots of enclosures at my work to try out, couldnt find any regulators around tho so i had to order, interested in getting a enclosure same size as the drive that would go underneath and hold connectivity kit i have a cigarbox that would be perfect could hold probe etc also loads of ideas hope you get alot of use out of urs
