I got hit with the FLAG as well:(

Looks like Ill be investing in another console. Maybe just use the flagged one for offline play and jtag

1 for live and the other for backups.

Update: Just for the hell of it I tried to sign on live today with my flagged xbox....this bad boys still not banned. Maybe they're changing tactics?

M$ likes to ban en masse. Now that they know of your console, you will probably be banned in the next ban wave, around November probably.

Yeah, the mass ban is so it is harder to figure out exactly was the cause of the ban.
