phat lite on key retrieval?

after a phat lite on has been flashed back to stock from the dash update can the key be retrieved using the probe 3?

i think it can
you may have to do the mra cutting hack
not sure ive never used a v3 probe

but
if you have the firmware you can just build the new hacked firmware from the dummy.bin or the OFW,CFW from the first flash
and the flash it in no need to dump the drive

im sure the whole point of the probe v3 is so you dont have to cut or solder anything

i havent dumped the drive i need to do before, it may have been updated with the new dash so just needed clearing up if the probe v3 can still pull the key after the update

I dumped mine after the update using the pogo mon thoin method. No cuts to the liteon dvd motherboard.

I flashed a light-on 83850c v1 after update and had to use the pogo mo thoin method the old way didnt work jungle flasher has a good guide on how to do it with pics its the same for all rev.just go under phat light using pmt or ck probe 3

you can retrieve the key after the update by cutting the traces and useing the probe v2 i have done it a couple of times even before the update because i found if you dont already have the key you cant use the probe v1 to get the key it wont work once it as been done before you have to cut the traces and use v2

probe 3 requires no cuts mate, it works perfect!
