is there anyway to pull keys from motherboard

Yes, but it takes a little bit of skill. To get the dvd and cpu keys, you must hack your xbox using jtag (dashboard version 7371 or earlier) or Reset Glitch Hack (any version dashboard, works with all consoles except those with xenon motherboards, and the very latest revision of the slim). This will require moderate to good soldering skills, and parts for the respective method. After parts are installed you would read the nand from the motherboard, install a program called xell (or xellous, or xell rebooted). Boot your xbox into the program, and it will give you dvd and cpu keys.

From there, you can finish the jtag or RGH fully, or simply write your original nand image back to the xbox and remove the extra hardware you installed.
