getting zone capacity failed on new liteon with new firmware

Hi I just bought a new liteon ihas424 and flashed with the new iextreme burner v 1.0 the flash seemed to go fine (went by the tut) except my pc wouldnt shut down so I had to restart manually. So I went to backup a game and got error, set L0 data zone capacity failed timeout on logical unit. I did some reading and some think to think it is my d/l discs (memorex +r d/l ) they say when it happens to only use the verbatum +R d/l discs ? Oh yea I am using the latest version of img burn 2.5.6.0 thanks

so let me get this right, your trying to copy a game from a back up disc right? if not correct me please

yes I have tried about 4 times all with the same error. 2 from a backup disc and a couple that were iso files. thx
