Lite On Drive dg-16d2s Flashing

Hi everyone. I am in a pickle. I got my drive flashed by a friend of a friend and I can't play the newer games. The problem is that the guy is a very "shady" character and I don't want to go back to him. I want to update to the newest firmware and I have no idea where to get started. Looked around the posts but I get even more lost. I have a Lite On Drive dg-16d2s already flashed but I have no idea which version its currently on. I also have a probe and a X360 USB pro3. All I need is to be pointed in the right tutorial please. Thank you for helping.

Got to jungleflasher.net and download the latest Jungleflasher. It has a detailed tutorial inside the .rar file.

jungleflasher doesnt recognize my drive using usb pro2

Make sure you have the drivers installed .

I cant figure jf out. I installed the drivers for my usb pro v2 and it doest detect my 360 drive.

We can help you no problem but you need to understand the basics. Take your time and it will be easy peasy. The tutorial is straight forward as it really gets. Maybe check youtube for a visual of what needs to be done then go back and reread the tutorial again before continuing. With that being said........

Have you checked in device manager and made sure there is not a yellow exclamation mark or red x. If there is you have not installed the drivers properly. Also does the usb pro show in JF. Make sure you have the correct port selected and usb only checked in the mtk tab.
