vt6421a cardbus unable to pick up my tsh m25 drive

why is doing this? and why can i not selaect raid in my laptops bios? its was explained in the guide that this cardbus was able to flash drives . so i use i prep make usb. boot into dos asks me that my 360 is turned before continue. so i do so ! gives me only one drive option prim master i selct wait 10 to 15 seconds and nothing happens. i then hit escape try it 10 more time no joy ..... got annoyed tried running through command promtpt in windows (not advised) still did not pick up my tsh drive. i think my card dont work or i am really really stupid? both are very viable.

so if you would help me it would spare me throwing plates against my wall! smash.....

No, you aren't really stupid at all man. I don't think I know anyone that has successfully flashed a samsung or a benq with a laptop yet. There maybe PCMCIA cards out there that will do it, I just haven't heard or seen one as of yet. I think you'll find that your gonna need a desktop with the via 6421 card to get the job done.
