Flashing with windows vista

are there special programs needed to flash with windows vista. i used the programs needed to flash a benq drive and got an error message. i left the paper with the error message on it at home but i will post it later. until then just wanting some further info one the programs for vista

most of the time you have to right click and run as admin.

man you need to change your sig.
