yep jman is on the money.
one thing i would add is.
there will be 2 bin files in the last folder.your orig firmware ben-ofw and the hacked firmware ben-cfw.

all you should be looking for is the ben-ofw file.
after you found it.
open it with firmware toolbox and hope to all things that you have a good key in it.
if it does make many copies of the firmware and even keep one off your computer.RAR it up and email it to your self and leave it on your email server in a save email folder.

Hi Champs, I want to share the Good News. My XBOX 360 Elite is ok now. It has started playing Original Games.
I had restored the Key from the Formated USB Flash Disk. I have used Power recovery software which restored back about a Thousands of file. Finally i recovered my DVD Drive Key from those files and injected back on to the Benq Drive.

I really appreciate all your help and support. I will again back to you all Champs and Guru's as i really NOW want to Flash my Xbox 360 but will make sure all procedures are correctly done and never to forget to keep backup of the Key and Original Firmware.....hahaha.

Glad to hear it man! You might post how you recovered your flash drive. That is info that I'm sure will be useful in the future. I'm glad you got it back. There's nothing more depressing than screwing up a mod! Good job. I hope we were helpful.

I'm in this same spot. I messed up at the erasing screen. That means i should have my backup somewhere on my drive but in the mix of trying to fix my mod i formatted the drive again and now dont have the original FW. I am not really sure how to do recovery software. Also i think i named my FW with a ten digit number like 1234567890 12345. How will i find that?

well man you hijacked a thread here.

you have to have that dvd drive key or it a bricked dvd drive that will only play dvd movies.
there are ways to check a drive after a format.
try a Power recovery software.maybe you will be able to get the key

the dump of your orig firmware would be in the backup folder
hope you get it working.
