Well no not only.
But that card work great with just about every computer.
You can only use Via 6421 sata chipsets and SOME nforce boards. That is all that will work

it is rare for the sata on a mother board to work.even if its a via chipset.if its not a via or nforce you have no chance of getting it to work.
the best thing is to get this card.

As im watching the chipset thinking in buying it, it see that the way of connecting it is inverse as it is in my computer. What I mean is that ill have to put the chipset upside down to work, and I dont think it willl work.

As long as you have a standard pci slot on your computer it will work. It will go in just like a sound card, or any thing else that fits in a pci slot. If you dont know what a pci slot looks like here's some it will be the #5 slot.

I believe that error means that its not detecting your drive. Make sure you follow the tutorial precisely and fill in all the spots noted in iprep. One thing different can make or break it. Make double sure that you are choosing the proper sata card from the drop down menu. If you choose the wrong item you will have this problem. Also be sure you have the updated def file.

Also check the sata cable, and make sure that you've got it plugged onto the right port on the card.

Just to be certain, you got the one cofree recommended and you have it plugged into the internal port? Not the one on the outside right?

Do you have access to a different computer? If so try it there. Then if that doesn't work I would go through the tutorial again doing all the steps over including the def file and see if that works. Don't get in a rush and don't miss any steps. Sometimes even the smallest thing over looked will haunt you. It would help also if you could give us a step by step account of what you are doing so that we can see if you are overlooking anything or doing something wrong.
