yeah of course cleaning helps sometimes, but not always.

usually it's a waste if the scratches are significant.

Well I just had another problem on a spotless disc. I hit ignore when I got the warning, checked the game when it was done and it didn't pass the stealth check. Ran AGBX and now it's passing :D

What you ignored was most likely the PFI or SS not being processed.
You probably had ABGX on the default level of 2, which patches/ "fixes" the stealth files.

I'm with CoFree on this one, always do your own rips. If they need to "fixed" after the rip, I wouldn't burn/play it.

I would contact the seller, try to get a replacement I guess, gl man.

Is the drive reader in the drive or something in my laptop?

I contacted the seller yesterday and he said remove all burning programs and the like just to make sure nothing is running in the background that could interfere with XBC. I did it but it still doesn't work. I'm thinking about reformatting and trying then. I don't have another computer so that may be what I have to do.

i think it could be a problem with your sh-d162d
that is about all it can be if you have tried many game and they all mess up.
have you got any games to dump good

well i dont think burning programs will hurt but i know any kind of copy guard breaker like anydvd or the like will give you bad reads every time.

Just the arcade one that came with the 360. I've tried other games that I never touched before and they don't even work. You don't think the USB enclosure would have anything to do with it, do you?

Yep, have the SPTI bubble filled in. I guess I'll try to reformat, if that doesn't work then try a new drive, then try a new enclosure. This may be a while
