can anybody help i am trying to flash liteon drive i have everything conntected right i am uisng i prep 009 and when i try to flash it tells me this file not found dummy.bin and it says failed this is what it says on my screen

your pc is not getting in your dvd drive to get the info it needs
to build your dummy.bin
