yeah man put disc in but dont let it auto boot , explore the cd and go to the via folder then set it up manually .
when i got my via card (same 1 ) it for some reason will not install with the autoboot function

hey i had the same problem, as the drivers that came with my via card would not install on vista (bought from tekgems). I had to go to the manufacturers site to get vista driver (and no they would not install with setting to xp either). I think i explored the mini cd and found either a .htm or .txt file that had the manufacturers site or name.

If it's playing up you can download the drivers direct from Via (a lot of people prefer the 5.3's) or the latest ones are available from here: http://tekgems.com/dl/la-pci22-vt6421a- ... _v580c.zip" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Yip, it should say primary port. Use the internal port on the card (the one nearest the front of your pc)

yes i have everything hooked up to my liteon drive the ck3 and probe when i go to power on the ck3 it does not power on i have the rs232 cable conntect to the back of my computer do i need a a 4 pin molex power adapter to power on ck3 i have pic of how 4 pin molex power adapter looks like
