I'm dying to flash my 360, but my 2 360s right now are both Hitachi V79 drives and I'm just waiting for the time to secure a BenQ.

I did flash a firmware today though!--a Linksys WRT54G router! I'm so glad, now I have my 2nd 360 in a different room all nicely and neatly setup. I got a version V2.0 WRT54G and spent about 4 hours getting it done! The flashing to DD-WRT was easy actually (first to Mini version, then Standard)...but configuring it to Client Mode Wireless is what took hours.

As for my many posts/questions...I figure that once I do get a BenQ drive I'll hopefully have most of the info I'll need to start backing up my games and be a little ahead as far as my knowledge of things goes.

its always better to read and ask before you flash.
the worst thing to do is just jump in and start trying to flash and brick the dvd drive

Gonna say, I've seen a few of those since I've been here...
