I just read this thread from start to finish & some details are missing.
Can we go back over a few details so I can understand where you went wrong & try to decipher if there is a solution.

1st of all.... you say you didn't backup your original firmware! but.. what about the flash key you used.. has that since been formatted or is it still intact from your failed attempt?

Yeah i didnt back up the frw, the device that had the orign.bin has been formatted severly times, in an attempt to fix the issue. this is the steps i had taken

1. define drive (samsung ms28)
2. dload fw (xbin53)
3. format flashdrive make bootable (XBM)
4. boot into flash drive (with PCI SATA card connected)
5. connect xbox to sata card
6. xRead along with serial (turn off xbox, press 3 wait 10sec and turn xbox on)
7. xFlash along with serial (do 10sec trick again)

I have an idea but not sure if it will work.. i'm off to test & I will need 20mins

Does are the steps i took before the drive worked. Now everything doesnt work.

ok.. these are your options as I see them:

1)
run data recovery software / scan the usb flash key & attempt to recover files prior to format(s).
When a drive is formatted the data is not completly erased - more so discarded to allow for new data to overwrite it.

I was not 100% sure if data could be recovered off flash drives, I have done it many times on HDD's but I just tested this on a flash key that has been formatted several times & was able to retrieve old data.

It's a long shot but if you are lucky.. & I mean lucky!...
you might be able to retrieve your original bin / thus the all important key .

use iprep & attempt to redump the firmware / pray that:

a) you can gain access to the drive
b) the key is valid

Then you can attempt to reflash or most likely > install a new drive & use the key..

without the key your xbox is shwacked!!

Already tried recovering the data as the flash drive got formatted severly times it couldnt find the orig.bin. It could only find xtrem frw. The drive is completely locked cant do anything with it.

Was wondering it is possible to get it repairded? and how much it will cost me.

u need the key.. without that u are not going to get it working

Ah man i'm such and idiot. I didnt rebuild the frw with mine and i did a striaght flash. Going to phone m$ and tell i got rrod and hope for the best. Thanks everyone for their help.

didnt you open the drive, if you did they probably wont touch the xbox and if you say ita a rrod problem they will just fix that, not the drive. but good luck.
